Xu Jin, is from Guanyun, Jiangsu Province. He graduated from Communication Engineering at Jingjiang College. Later, he studied at the Business School of The University of Manchester for a Master's degree. He has worked in the main car company of information flow control. Currently, he is a researcher in the Sinotrust Co., Ltd.
